CUSTOMIZING YOUR RUGS
We are happy to work with you to produce custom rugs and Alto Steps that will be perfect for your needs. Custom orders generally take 12-14 weeks but may be expedited.
COLORS
You may order any of our designs in any of our basic colors. For example if you wanted some Alto steps in one design but with colors from another, we will do that for no extra charge. Colors may also be custom matched from Benjamin Moore or Pantone colors, as well as fabric and paint swatches. Custom matching will require a slight additional cost. Please contact us with your request.
SIZES
If the rug or Alto Step sizes we offer will not fit your stairs or rooms, contact us for a quote on a special size you need. The cost will be based on material and square footage. We can weave rugs up to 30x50 feet, and can make shaped rugs such as circles, or triangular winder steps.
FLAT WEAVES
We are happy to make flat weave rugs in custom sizes, but please note that we do not offer custom Alto Steps in flat weave quality.
